Mr. Souter is an investment advisor at Delta Investment Management.  Prior to Delta, he co-managed the Rail-Splitter Fund, a fundamental long/short equity hedge fund for 21 years.  He spent 7 years on Wall Street as a sell-side analyst working alongside Delta founders Nick Atkinson and Andrew Houghton at Susquehanna International.    Mr. Souter has served on the boards of Visura Technologies, Minds Matter Chicago, and Cristo Rey High School (Waukegan) and started his career in public accounting as a CPA with PWC. He received his MBA at Kellogg (Northwestern University) and a BA from University of Notre Dame.
